Frequently asked questions

Do I need video footage?

No. Product photos are enough: EverAsk animates them with camera movement and lighting. If you do have footage, you can mix it in.

Can I use my own voice or brand music?

Yes. Upload a voice sample or a finished voiceover, and bring your own licensed music. Otherwise EverAsk provides both.

What formats does it export?

MP4 in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9, at the resolution and bitrate each ad platform expects, with optional burned-in captions.

Can I edit the script before it renders?

Yes. You see and approve the script and the shot list first. Rendering only starts once you are happy with it.
