How do I train it?
Give it a website URL, upload documents or connect a knowledge base. There is no flow to draw, it learns from the content and you refine with instructions.
What stops it giving a wrong answer?
It answers only from your indexed content and cites sources. You can set topics it must refuse and review its behaviour against saved test conversations.
Can it hand off to a person?
Yes: on request, on detected frustration, or on rules you set. It passes the full transcript to email, a shared inbox or your helpdesk.
