Yearly Pro works out at about $17 a month. Max is billed monthly. Enterprise is sold to organisations; Anthropic sells Claude for Education to universities.

Common questions
How much does Claude Pro cost?
Claude Pro costs $20 a month, or $200 a year paid up front, which is about $17 a month.
How much is Claude Max?
Claude Max costs $100 a month for five times Pro's usage per session, or $200 a month for twenty times. Both are billed monthly.
Is there a free Claude plan?
Yes. Claude's free plan runs Sonnet 5.5, with lower usage limits than Pro.
Does Claude have a student discount?
Anthropic does not list a discount for individual students. It sells Claude for Education to universities.
Can I use Claude without a Claude subscription?
Yes. EverAsk includes Claude Fable 5, Claude 5 Opus and Claude 5 Sonnet in its model picker, with GPT, Gemini and Grok, under one EverAsk plan. EverAsk is not made by Anthropic, and Anthropic's September models are not in EverAsk yet.
