Frequently asked questions
Will the letter sound like AI wrote it?
Not if you give it a sample. Paste a paragraph of your own writing and EverAsk matches your rhythm and vocabulary. It also avoids the stock openers screeners are tired of reading.
Does it make things up about my experience?
No. It draws only from the CV and notes you provide. If the posting asks for something you have not done, EverAsk flags the gap instead of inventing an answer.
Is it optimised for applicant tracking systems?
Yes. It uses the posting's own terminology in context and exports clean PDF or Word files without tables or graphics that parsers choke on.
How long is the letter?
Around 250 to 350 words by default, one page. You can ask for shorter, or for a three-sentence version to paste into an application form.
Can I use it for several jobs?
Yes. Save a base letter, then regenerate the tailored sections against each new job description while the parts that describe you stay put.
