How it works

Is the invoice template free?

Yes. You can open the template, fill it in and download a PDF on the free plan. Paid plans add saved clients, recurring invoices and sending from your own domain.

Can I download it as a PDF?

Yes, one click produces a print-ready PDF with your branding. You can also export to Word or a spreadsheet if your client needs an editable file.

Does it calculate tax and totals for me?

It does. Enter quantities and rates, set a tax rate for the invoice or per line, and EverAsk keeps the subtotal, tax and amount due in sync as you edit.

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Yes. Upload a logo or connect your brand kit and every invoice you create uses it. There is no EverAsk watermark on the exported file.

Will my invoice numbers stay in sequence?

Set a prefix like INV- and a starting number. Each new invoice takes the next number in the series, so your records reconcile cleanly.

What if I bill in more than one currency?

Set the currency per invoice. Symbols, decimal separators and totals follow the currency you choose, so a EUR invoice and a USD invoice both read correctly.
