  1. Describe what to bill

    One line: the client, the period or the project. Point EverAsk at your timesheet, the agreed scope or the Gmail thread where the work was confirmed, and it works out what belongs on this invoice.

  2. Check the draft

    Line items arrive grouped and described the way the client expects to see them, with quantities, rates, tax and totals calculated. Anything uncertain is highlighted rather than guessed.

  3. Send and follow up

    Export a PDF or send it from EverAsk. If it goes unpaid past the due date, EverAsk can draft the reminder in Gmail for you to send.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the invoice template?

The template is a layout you fill in yourself. The AI invoice generator fills it for you from your hours, contracts, emails and past invoices, then asks you to confirm anything it was unsure of.

Where does it get the hours and rates?

From what you give it: a timesheet or export you upload, the contract or scope you agreed, your previous invoices to that client and, if you connect it, the relevant Gmail threads.

Will it send invoices without me?

Not by default. Invoices, including recurring ones, are prepared as drafts and wait for you to approve them.

Can it handle tax and multiple currencies?

Yes. Tax can apply per invoice or per line, and each invoice can use its own currency with the matching symbols and number format.

Can I still edit the invoice?

Every line is editable. Change a description, merge items or adjust a rate, and the subtotal, tax and amount due recalculate.
