Every task with an owner, a due date and a status, the late ones counting below zero.

How it works

  1. Describe the project

Name the workstreams and the deadline. EverAsk scaffolds the tracker with sensible phases, statuses and columns you can rename.

  2. Add tasks and owners

Type them, paste a list, or import from your existing tool. Every task takes an owner, a due date, a status and a workstream.

  3. Run it from whichever view fits

Drag cards on the board in standup, check the timeline before a stakeholder call, and send the dashboard as the weekly update.

Who it’s for

  • Fernway site redesign · TrackerClients
    Five client links
    Read-only, scoped per client

    Agency client delivery

Track multiple client projects with per-client read-only links and one internal dashboard across all of them.

  • Fernway site redesign · TrackerRollup
    One status for the launch
    Build blocked · flagged Monday

    Cross-functional launches

Workstreams owned by different teams, rolled into a single status the whole launch group reads the same way.

  • Fernway site redesign · TrackerOps
    Two overdue
    Owners nudged this morning

    Operations and recurring work

Repeating checklists with owners and due dates, where what matters is what is late right now.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import from my current tool?

Yes. Import a CSV export from most project tools, or paste a task list: EverAsk maps columns to task, owner, status and date for you to confirm.

Can I customise the statuses and columns?

Yes. Rename statuses, add fields like priority, client or effort, and every view and rollup picks them up.

Does it show a timeline?

Yes: the timeline view is a Gantt of the same tasks, with dependencies and a critical path, and it updates when dates change in any other view.

Can clients see it without an account?

Share a read-only link scoped to a view. Anyone with the link sees live status without being able to edit or see internal fields.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, for a single project with all four views. Paid plans add multi-project dashboards, permissions and automated status updates.
