Revenue, payroll and burn by month, cash and runway at the bottom, all from the assumptions.

How it works

  1. Pick the business model

SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, services or a custom mix. Each starts with the revenue drivers that kind of business actually runs on.

  2. Set the assumptions

Pricing, growth, churn, hiring plan and major costs go on one tab. Import historical actuals from a CSV if you have them.

  3. Read the outputs

P&L, cash flow and runway build from the assumptions, with charts. Duplicate the scenario to test a slower quarter or a bigger raise.

Frequently asked questions

What is in a financial model template?

An assumptions tab, revenue and cost build-ups, a headcount plan, a P&L, a cash flow view and a runway calculation, all linked so one change flows through.

Is the financial model template free?

Yes. There is a free plan available, and you can build and export a model on it.

Can I import my historical numbers?

Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet of actuals and EverAsk maps them to the model's categories for you to confirm.

Can I export it to Excel?

Yes. Export to .xlsx with formulas intact, so the model keeps working and can be audited outside EverAsk.

Is the model financial advice?

No. It is a starting model built from your assumptions. Check it with your accountant or finance advisor before relying on it for a raise, a loan or a tax decision.
