Inventory spreadsheet template
Stock levels that flag what to reorder before you run out.
Examples
Stock, rooms, value and the slow movers. One sheet of items, four ways in.
On hand against weekly sales, the cover worked out, anything under two weeks flagged.
How it works

Set up your items
Type SKUs or import a product list. Each item takes a name, category, location, unit cost and reorder point, and you can add your own fields.

Log stock movement
Record deliveries, sales and adjustments, or upload a sales export. Stock on hand updates per item and per location as you go.

Act on the flags
Items at or below their reorder point are highlighted with a suggested order quantity. Export the list and send it to whoever places the order.

Frequently asked questions
What should an inventory spreadsheet include?
SKU, item name, category, location, quantity on hand, unit cost, reorder point and a movement log, with stock value and reorder flags calculated from them.
Is the inventory template free?
Yes. There is a free plan available, and you can set up, track and export your inventory on it.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet and EverAsk maps the columns to SKU, name, quantity and cost for you to confirm.
Can it tell me when to reorder?
Yes. Items at or below their reorder point are flagged with a suggested quantity, based on your sales rate and the lead time you enter.
Can I export to Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Export to .xlsx or CSV with formulas intact, so the file keeps working outside EverAsk.
